Is there any support available?
All users of FirstClass Express are entitled to free, unlimited telephone
support.

What documentation is provided?
A comprehensive set of “How To Notes” is provided to all users to
help them to get the most out of FirstClass Express.

Is training available?
If required, training is available at an extra cost.

Do you need to install anything on my PC?
No. As the FirstClass Express software is accessed over the Internet all you
need is Internet Explorer installed on your PC and a broadband connection to
the Internet. We will configure a database for your charity and give you a
username and password to give you access to your system. We will provide you
with full instructions on how to start using FirstClass.

Is there a minimum sign up period?
Yes, the minimum contract period is 6 months.

Can more than 1 user use FirstClass Express?
FirstClass Express is now available for use by more than one user.

How easy is it to upgrade to the Full FirstClass Product?
Both FirstClass Express and FirstClass have been designed to allow for an easy
upgrade path so that the data can be easily transferred between systems.
