Smee and Ford Automatic Import

Smee and Ford

You can use the Smee and Ford routines to automatically import electronic data into FirstClass.

After loading this data into the FirstClass database, it is quick and easy to check the new Smee and Ford notifications against records already in FirstClass.

If a legator is not already in FirstClass, FirstClass will automatically create a new record for you and then help you to check the associated executor information provided by Smee and Ford.

If the legator is already in FirstClass you can automatically update their record with any additional data from Smee and Ford.
