First Class is a simple, powerful and flexible database with clear data input
screens, flexible search facilities and a comprehensive range of reports which
can be generated in a couple of clicks. When we receive a phone call, email or
letter, First Class makes it quick and easy for our team to record the
correspondence and respond appropriately using one of the range of template
letters we have created through the database. The template letters are
automatically generated from the individual’s record utilising Microsoft Word
and can easily be personalised where required.
Emails are also linked in with our email system and, like the letters, are all
connected to each individual’s record so that they can be quickly accessed in
the future. An added bonus, which is a great timesaver, is the ability to
receive Smee and Ford notifications electronically each week and import them
straight into the FirstClass. With security in mind, First Class allows us to
easily set user’s profiles with the option of limiting each user’s access to
certain areas of the database.
Finally, FirstClass has a great reminder function which allows us to set a
range of automatic and personalised reminders on each record to ensure that
enquiries and pledges are followed up within desired timescales, promises are
fulfilled and procedures are followed.”
