Clearwater’s Intranet

After reviewing a number of our internal company systems, we decided to link them all together via a new company intranet. The beauty of our intranet is that we can use it not to only interrogate existing office systems but also to record and view data from its own database. Some of the tasks we can carry out through our intranet are listed below:
  • View an overview of our timesheet system entries for the week

  • Record annual leave
  • View appointments and contacts from Microsoft Exchange. This is particularly useful for VPN users of our network who are able to interrogate these items without having to enter Microsoft Outlook
